Behind The Build

In the students’ words

What problem are you trying to solve?

It can be hard for people organizing events to get people to show up to them.

What did you build?

We made an app where people can get their events out there to other people. An event planner would put in information about their event. Then someone else could go on the app and use filters to find events that fit their interests.

Laziness and poor time management.

What did you build?

We created a website that lets us set an alarm for a time we choose. The alarm cannot be dismissed until we check our emails or notifications and give text-based evidence of what they were about. We can also change the minimum character limit for the text-based evidence.
